Botanical collection, an ice series G&T, also known as progressive mixology of 21st century in the western culture. Botany of Mumbai inspires in the 4 different corners of Mumbai (Andheri, Bandra, Colaba and Powai - named after the four ice cocktails collection curated by our mixologist that tributes in the entertainment culture of the state. Botany is the science of plant life and a branch of biology, while mixology is a special practice of mixing alcohol/spirits that uses the analysis and techniques found in science.
